These people whining about sending in hundreds of job applications are one or more of the following:
>1. Have an undesirable skill set.
>2. Have shitty resume
>3. Dont follow my steps in >>23127139
>4. Are lazy
>5. Have bad work history/not very outstanding education
Be honest with yourself, if you were running a business would you want your business to be staffed by lazy young adults who’s only work experience consists of being a fry cock at McDonald’s and an “ entrepreneur” in social media? Employers today have third-party companies and AI that sort through hundreds of these resumes looking for the right applicant. Why should they pic you if you don’t stand out.
It’s not even that hard. I’m not joking when I say I’ve been offered jobs for like 4 outta 5 places I’ve interviewed at. Same thing with school I’m really not that smart of a person yet I scored really high. All you have to do is put in slightly more effort than everybody else and your suddenly well ABOVE 80% of people in the world.
That’s the secret.
Yet so many people fail to get above that 80% because they’re simply lazy.
I really don’t care for boomers but they’re honestly right in that everybody today is very fucking lazy. Like what have you done in your life to stand out from everybody else? What makes you special? What makes you deserving of good things?
I don’t wanna sound too harsh but as I’ve gotten older I’ve really realized that most people just sort of exist to survive and that’s good enough. Not that there’s anything wrong with that if you’re happy with that all the more to you. I believe life is about being happy. But I just can’t sympathize for these people who sit and wallow in their misery expecting the world to be handed to them on a silver platter without putting in any effort whatsoever. You’re not unique unless you put in the effort to be.
