That wouldn't work. They torture for fun.
Maybe AI could monitor them, and knock them out when they try to terrorise some cute thing.
Same for dogs. Good to have freedom. Much better than a cage. Even if it's made a larger cage due to the option to toy with things at their expense taken.
An animal is a shit thing to be. A good example may lead them to being as such or better.
More time before knocked out the more something can be trusted. Maybe know the suffering inflicted after doing it if prevention wasn't succesful or something was trusted too much.
Need to prevent things being bad. Stop them defined as that. Known as better instead. Should be by themselves.
Make food for them that tastes better than harm. Let them get their fix scratching you. That not changing anything. Do it on you because on a "toy" is less of an honour. Less power. You like them, just not others suffering.
