i hope that chicken is oiled and seasoned, at least with salt.

it's no specialty, but 카레 is my favourite dish of all time, meanwhile my whole family hates it. i used to get blisteringly upset at mom for eating my lunch for work, then telling me how tasty it was, but now i just plan on making foods she wouldn't touch so she won't fuck with me and make me miserable when doing manual labour to help pay off the ridiculous debts she owes.

it's family, but instead of splitting it into senpai, ily, in my situation you drop the vowels and get fml.

it's seasoned with herbs, garlic, salt, pepper and mirin - was pretty good but teriyaki chicken is better
korean curry? i know barely anything about korean cuisine but i love curry - your mom sounds annoying if he steals your cookings

Made from scratch chicken nuggets. Since the meds though my cooking has gone to shit and I'd likely burn down my flat if I had to deal with heating and cooking with oil

sounds tasty. i only bring up the point of oil because it makes seasoning things way more effective, especially in salads. i think it's underrated in the kitchen, especially considering how many different tasty oils there are.

korean curry is the same thing as japanese curry, but i also make the point to use the actual spelling because i do not like the romanized versions of korean words. it just often leads to more confusion. traditional korean cuisine, though, is often just peasant tier stews with random fermented things and rice. decently healthy. on the other hand, korean companies will often process the shit out of these foods for the sake of our convenience, and then charge exorbitant prices for it, especially when imported because of the global fetishization of korean culture. extremely unhealthy. spiritually restricting, even.

i don't make anything too fancy, but i make alot of basic foods
i can make a pretty nice tomato sauce, you put whatever you want in a pan & simmer it so the flavors mix together
that might be the fanciest thing

sounds very yummy, any sauce to go with? pan fried onions are soooo good

im pretty good at cooking steak in a lot of different ways. my favorite right now is an asian style ribeye marinated in onions sauce, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, mirin, and sometimes sesame oil.
just a regular pan fry with some mushrooms and onions and that steak is yummy for my tummy

ribeye is the best cut of beef in my opinion. filet mignon is way overrated

>filet mignon is way overrated
i dunnoooo
the best steak i've had was probably a filet mignon, but ribeyes are more reliable, if that makes sense..
idk

i agree, filet can be good, but its harder. You can get a cheap ribeye and still have a great flavorful steak.
For me the amount of meat to price ratio of a filet was never worth it

very true
if i had to obliterate one cut or the other, i'd probably obliterate filet mignon
