They loved to make Hitler comedy skits and movies where they made him retarded. But they’d never do the same with others like Stalin or Mao. They not only wanted to say Hitler was wrong, but that he’s an idiot you should laugh at. It’s the same psychological conditioning they do with late night shows. Show a picture of “the evil bad guy” (which in 2016 was Trump), and then point and laugh without any critical thought. Same thing with Hitler. Don’t look into what his ideology was. Don’t look at the actual policies he enacted. Don’t watch his speeches. You must be a lunatic to do so. Just watch this impression of Hitler doing dumb things and then laugh at him.

In 2010 the minions were very popular because it was the new animation studio but they became so popular people started getting sick of them. The mid 2010s were also around the time all of our 65+ relatives starting using the internet and mobile phones so they would send you old people minion memes. People then started creating ironic memes where the punchline was something offensive so minions became an edgy meme character. Then covid and in 2022 they released Morbius which people ironically said they were going to see because it was going to flop with nobody able to leave their house. Then covid ends and they release a minions prequel so zoomers decide to sincerely go watch it because of nostalgia and a joke about millennials all being so nihilistic and science loving and it becomes one of the highest grossing movies of the year. This is also around the time brainrot speech starts so the minions become sigma. Then in 2023 people progressively start getting more right wing after three years of covid and bing's ai image generator becomes pretty good so people start making more offensive minion memes because they were easy to generate. Then bing started censoring topics like the holocaust or KKK which people got angry at because it was censoring free speech and the minions canonically follow an evil leader so the images were in-character but Wagner's attempted siege on the Kremlin leads people to start using it to generate pro Russia minion memes to portray Ukraine as evil as well as Christian never goon images because many of the newly converted zoomers began seeing porn as a dredge on this world and they didn't get censored.
