my advice is to eat and drink water
>My tinnitus has new cool sound now btw :3
nice
the other day, my tinnitus was alternating between two tones which were almost exactly 1 octave apart, it sounded soothing

the withdrawal will be completely gone in a week if you can fight through it, or just have a little bit of caffeine
up to you

Yeah made some coffee. Doesn't help with actually being awake but it tastes nice i guess;
Will heat up a big burger later. 'Der M' we call it.
>it sounded soothing
sure does but it would be nice what absolute quiet is. I was basically born with the eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

yeah
i cried for weeks when i first got hearing damage, it was about 6 years ago
i'll never sit in a perfectly silent room and feel the same way i used to
all music feels further away
i used to be able to hear where people were in a room by the sound of their breath, now i have trouble hearing the directions some sounds come from
it really was a special feeling, perfect silence
sorry

my condolences
i've noticed when i'm exercising more frequently & sleeping better, the tinnitus is much better
same if i avoid stress
blood flow/circulation seems to have a big effect on tinnitus from what i've read & experienced

>i cried for weeks when i first got hearing damage
Lel when i went to the doctor about this he was basically like 'yeah no need to try anything' after a week. My mum was kinda bummed out but i felt indifferent. Don't need Dr.Basedstein telling me that my ears are not fine, after all im the one living with them.
Hope you made peace with them by now.

This so weird yeah.
I hear lots of things other cannot but at the same time need some people to speak up. Maybe its the 'tisim upping the gain on everything but it doesn't fix anything. Forgot if it was women or men i have a harder time understanding. Spent too much time at hole lel.
>my condolences
nah, can't miss what you never had. No need to feel sorry. I feel worse about people like you that actually lost something. Some actually go insane after some time so i hope you are doing good :D

I've got a new siphon brewer and I'm drinking locally roasted coffee (roasted 7 days ago).
Today I made a mocha and it's amazing.

interesting

makes sense lol
there's something ritualistic about going to the doctor, getting bad news, and family getting all sad/anxious
feels like it shouldn't be that way, and i'm glad you weren't perturbed by it
