ReiserFS was an old Linux file system. It was quite good in design and theory for a late 90s file systems but it had serious reliability issues. It also lacked many of the features of modern files systems such as CoW (Copy on Write) that enables instantaneous snapshots. Hans was American from German stock, it had nothing to do with Russia. OP is just a schizo and tries to loosely link the fact that Hans married a Russian mail order bride to somehow equate to ReiserFS being Russian

So why was it removed from the kernel? Well it was due to be replaced with a new version of ReiserFS called Reiser4. However, Hans Reiser then went and murdered his wife and sent to prison meaning there was no real development effort or guidance behind ResirFS or the new Reiser4

Nobody misses ReiserFS because there are far better alternatives. Hans Reiser was a smart dude but he was also a fucking schizo and every hated working and interacting with him

Basically a modern functioning operating system doesn't need to be a fucking museum. I remember when arch would fit on a CD, now it requires a DVD. Who fucking does that?!
The biggest crime of all is removing the ability to run on x86, which is 32 bit some of my servers are 32 bit still, and a shit ton of desktops were 32 bit still widely in use when they dropped support and erased the ability to even install it
