The actual feeling of having people touch me is incredibly repulsing and distressing and those are solely the physical problems
When I got issued some heavy duty painkillers after a surgery, boy that was amazing. The "Warm embrace" feeling, where it's like all of your temperature sensors in your body are just set equally to a perfect room temperature... But then the drug wears off and reality is reality.

Find some kind of purpose instead of gooning yourself to death for whatever reason. I can't tell you what that is but watching you publicly killing yourself is pretty sad.
