You fuckers said that fasting resets bad eating patterns and improves health. It's been exactly 120 hours since my last meal and I feel no health benefits. All I feel is hunger starting in the afternoon. Is fasting a meme? Is it perhaps even as ridiculous as the carnivore diet?

Keep at it.
Eat all your food within a 5-6 hour window and don't touch anything else for the rest of the day. You will feel fuller and sleep better too, you will only need to go without food for 10-12 hours, which is very achievable for anyone who works or isn't an impulsive eater.

I have fasted for 17 days once and a few times for 5 days or less.

3-5 at most up until the point you poop out your last poop

I'm fasting because for two days I had to be with three stoners who looked unhealthy and are MRNA vaxxcucks. I only eat one meal a day. I fast throughout the rest of the day, only drinking black coffee to suppress hunger. If you're fasting and get hungry, just have a cup of coffee, the urges to eat will subside. My daily routine is as follows: start day with 1L of water with 2 scoops of clean pure protein powder mixed in. Rest of the day I drink water and/or have a cup of black coffee to suppress hunger. At dinner I eat my one meal and that's it. Doing this for the past 7 months has changed my life. My internal clock is perfect, I don't even use an alarm clock anymore. My bowel movements are synced with me waking up in the morning and occur after I drink my water (bristol chart type 4). I genuinely feel 15 years younger.

I fast once a month for 24 hours. I don't have a schedule or anything. After a while I'll think to myself "Damn I've been eating good lately." Then I'll go a day only eating an egg for breakfast then fasting until the next morning. I like to think it cleanses my body but really it just keeps me humble and reminds me what hunger is.

Insulin tells your body to store energy. Glucagon tells your body to use the stored energy.

Fasting increases glucagon in your blood. This burns more excess fat (AND EXCESS WATER) than not fasting.

I fast for 12 hours daily. Usually 7pm-7am, but any 12 hours works. I look slimmer after days of consistent fasting. Versus days of no fasting, I look more skinnyfat because excess water and fat.
