Hard to believe half of Deutschland was a communist shithole regime only a few decades ago. Is it true that East Germans are all stunted and poor?

East Germans never were stunted. Calor consumption was actually slightly higher than in the west albeit more from patties than from tropical fruits
The economy will never fully recover though because the unification was mismanaged such that all local companies were shut down and local industry rated without replacement

There a number of differences, even cultural now after 50 years. They're much less religious in the East and some of their traditions around the holidays are totally different even in some cases. They are less educated, more conservative, poorer, and are frustrated by what they see as unfair treatment by Western Germany. It's still referred to as "Ostblock" meaning Eastern Bloc, referencing the Cold War Iron Curtain. Infrastructure is worse over there and trains are even less reliable than the Western half due to chronic mismanagement. Higher unemployment, lower annual income, lower GDP per capita, population loss, consistent emigration towards the West for a better life, much lower total assets (around 50% on average relative to Western Germany households.) They should probably revolt and kill all the Western Germans

No, East Germans had the same caloric intake but they actually did more sports and were fitter. Also women had better sex and a higher orgasm rate on average. West Germans were fatter and had a lower life expectancy.

They already do that and they also give out massive subsidies. The issue is that when German companies are looking to open a new facotry/office Eastern Europe, the Balkans, India or China are simply far cheaper, so that is where it gets built.
The West German HQs of german Companies at this point only the jobs that are difficult and expensive to move. The rest has all been moved abroad.

No, what you are saying is the myth. The myth that keeps getting repeated in German mainstream press. There were plenty of Eastern products that were competitive and had big brand recognition, even. What happened is that they got sold off undervalued to their direct competitor companies with the goal to strip them of their market share.
