Im thirsty 24/7 so i drink a lot of water which i really like but i immediately piss it all out. I go to the toilet many times per day. Why could this be?

Keep track of how much you drink each day, how often you urinate (and when), and your weight. It'll help a doctor figure out whats wrong with you better if you see one.

Even a little bit of coffee will make you piss all day while drinking a lot of water. At least your kidneys should be clean.

I do take some meds which might cause a dry mouth but i had these issues before i started taking them.

Good. It might just be a symptom but its a symptom for things you don't want to have.

that actually reminds me; a couple of months back i drank a shit load of coffee in one day and had bloodshot eyes ever since. Before that they were very white but now even if i use eyedrops and regardless of caffeine intake there is always at least some level of bloodshot in them.
Don't feel any different since that day but the eye thing is kinda weird.

Could be a lot of things its kinda impossible to say what the cause is.
Go to the doctor. If ur drinking a lot of water it could just be that though. How much water do you drink and how many times a day do you piss?
