well, there's a few different youtube URL formats
it might be "youtu.be" or "youtube.com" or "m.youtube.com"
if you paste the URL in the format i used, an embed should always work
it even works with youtube shorts
just copy the shorts link, then take the last 11 characters (the video ID), and paste those into the format i used: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=
then the video ID after the equals sign
