the problem is that conservatives aren't creative and are low iq so they are non-existent in the creative arts that influence culture. most teachers are liberal. most artists are liberal. most writers are liberal. most directors, actors are liberal. you need a massive amount of DEI to get conservatives into these spaces and if you do that they will immediately drop in quality because they will basically be unqualified and people will stop engaging with whatever crap they produce.
