I don't precisely understand what constitutes flirting, and am usually only told by friends I was being flirted with after the fact
my dating history skews more towards the artsier, weirder, more open-minded and individualistic sort
normie girls are either not at all interested, or their byzantine social constraints dictated that they didn't act, even when they did seem interested (when they and I have been alone)—which is fine, their minds aren't interesting to me in any way
I just forced my wife to watch the bradley procurement scene from Pentagon Wars (I was using it as a tangential example of civil service bureaucracy during a discussion):

given these examples of interpersonal spergery, your autism is surely not the problem, though I'm sure in response you'll purity spiral in a vain attempt to justify your failures
I've found the trick is as simple as just talking to them like they're people—they seem to like that
employ black box principles toward them: apply stimuli and measure responses to functionally map out their internal systems
