the universe is just a delusion from a higher being, humans are just this being roleplaying alone in its head, this is proved by the fact that we people have a fragment of this power as we have the power to imagine too
it follows that the universe doesn't have a primordial cause because it just came to be, in the exact same way when you imagine an apple there is no primordial cause to that apple, there isn't any tree from which it grew, the apple just pops in your mind

That's an ancient belief actually, that we are the shattered consciousness of a god who did so to himself in order to play a game, with himself.

The delusion stuff though crosses more into something like gnosticism
