I went to Japan recently and in general it blew my mind how orderly and functional everything is. people in general seem to have an attitude of making whatever job they do a positive experience whereas I feel like here in the US it's more like you do the minimum that you can get away with. there are cool things like that webm all over the place because there's a much easier pathway for a good idea to actually become reality there.
