So after a successful interview where I rizzed the HR lady and she asked me to send her my degree to prove my English level on paper I texted her to hear about the next steps. She asked me to contact her by Wednesday evening if I didn't get any responses. I think those are both good signs that I'm getting hired but yesterday she told me they didn't receive the confirmation expected from the client and they will get back to me as soon as they receive it. I still haven't got it. Why is bureaucracy so fucking ass?
Are you using this modern middleman system where the company that does the hiring isn't actually the company you're getting the contract for?
