montreal is not as expensive as other american cities I've lived in but it is still expensive. lots of vidya programmers here raising the rent and cost of living. but it's such a chill relaxed city. american cities, especially on the east coast, are all about hustling and rushing everywhere. everyone is too stressed out to enjoy life. it's a lot different in Montreal. also way less fat people
