Your problem is that you cucked out at the beginning and then it got to the point where you felt so humiliated that you finally told her. It's a very common thing, guys feel they need to cuck in this way to get laid but it's not a good long term strategy.

It seems a bit counter intuitive at first, but refusing to cuck out and being calm and non-reactive about is actually the way to go. It's like when the boss tries to guilt you into working late, it sets a precident.
