the carb cravings should go away after a few days, as long as you're actually getting decent nutrition
if carbs were a staple of your diet, i hope you have some sort of meal plan or know what you're gonna eat instead

I’m trying to get off Zyns and I am still getting crazing bad after 2 weeks clean. I got a craving so bad yesterday that it made me nauseous. This is worse than getting off cigarettes
