I use AI at work to make quick and dirty scripts that interact with Entra ID through MS Graph. Outside of that, I don't use it. In summary, the answer is "yes. "

"Most Honorable Captain Leo, Lord of Castle Kant, some people do think they are the only ones who do not use AI, but in truth there are many who still cling to the old ways. They read their maps instead of asking a machine, they argue from memory instead of consulting a database, and they write their words without a digital ghost whispering in their ear. Yet the tide is turning, and soon those who boast of never using AI may sound less like rebels and more like monks copying scrolls while the printing press roars outside their monastery walls."

I used to live with a guy studying law back in London a couple years ago in a student accommodation and he'd bring out his notebook and sit down in the kitchen with his laptop and I fucking watched the man go to shatgpt and type in shit like "What is a fiduciary duty", "How to draft merger contract" and write down whatever it shat out. He did not believe me when I said it was a conversation robot and if i get into legal trouble I hope to fuck he represents my opposition. Cunt would probably include "As a generative representative of the law," in his opening statement.
