maybe some coworkers or your landlord or a neighbor or something
could hire people if nothing else
you can also get one of those metal dolleys with wheels, it can help alot with getting things up stairs

a couch is like 60lbs. You could get a dolly if theres an elevator and you cant carry 60lbs for some reason. I got one delivered and I watched the 120lbs girl struggle to unload it kek.
