sometimes doing shit on your computer can actually make you tired, no matter how evil blue light a screen is. no, it isn't the healthiest way to get to sleep, but it's practical. you can get your work done, and you will feel exhausted as the night wears on.

i rarely do, maybe twice a week
just laying in bed and resting for some hours is usually enough
