This is normal, if you sleep very little, you will be sleepy all day
If you sleep a lot like 12 or more hrs a day you will be even more sleepy all day
Try Sleeping for 8 to 9 hrs with a little nap somewhere in between of the day and see if this problem continues
But sure going to the doctor for possible sleep down syndrome can't be bad
