my head hurts so much i thought about ripping my forehead open with some scissors, and, i now kinda wanna try to see if you die or you reach the skull, can you give me suggestions if you die? because, i wouldn't like to die like this, it seems a dumb way to die

what does it do?
i put cold water or an ice pack on the back of my neck sometimes
never with feet in warm water though

this is a good idea
tylenol works well, maybe ibuprofen (but not on an empty stomach)
stay hydrated and maybe in quiet/dark areas, try to avoid stress
