A good wallet indicates that you have your shit together and organized. You don’t need to have a Goyard wallet, but you should do better than one of those meme tactical wallets, Velcro kids shit, and fossil garbage made out of dogs and eels.

I’ve been using a nice cognac shell cordovan wallet from Allen Edmonds for over 11 years ($350 back then but bought on sale for like $200). I also have a few minimalist wallets and card holders from Dunhill and Montblanc. I’m planning on retiring the shell cordovan soon and upgrading to a LV Taiga leather (the real leather not the monogram painted canvas). Taiga leather wears like iron. It’s like $700 but if I get 10-11 years out of it like my current wallet , I can’t see a problem with that.

I like to keep wallets minimal. I can’t stand these giant costanza wallets. If you guys are broke kids, I’d suggest getting a Tumi wallet off of ebay. Those are respectable and made of Kevlar and leather.

Got it as a birthday gift. Before that my dad gave me one of his old wallets. Honestly it does its job really well, it was like 40€ somewhat fancy but not too much.
I do not expect to replace it any time soon even if it has a lot of scratches. Wallets are a tool, it doesn't mattER what you get as long as it doesn't get holes because you store all of your coins there too on account of coin purses being for old roasties.

I paid for my wallet. Got it 10 years ago, after my grandma got me a lovely tommy hilfiger wallet for my birthday. A week after getting that wallet, I somehow lost it in a grocery store parking lot. The very next day, after freaking out and turning the house upside down looking for it, an old lady knocked on my door and gave me all the contents of my wallet. I was very grateful and asked where she found it. She said she found the wallet - but wants to keep it because its so nice. I was too relieved to argue and went out that day to get a new wallet.

Wife kidnapped the kid away one day, filed for divorce in another state the next day and left mountains of her shit at my house while she bleeds me dry and beg daily to see pixels of my child. I'm stocked on wallets for the rest of my life, but I'm not sure how much longer I can keep living like this. I don't want my ex telling my kid bullshit stories once I'm gone either. My dad liked to go to a tailor and have custom pockets/loops and such put on his work gear. The tailor he would go to was some old Italian dude. Every time someone would put in a big order he'd throw in a wallet, apparently he got them from the old country. One day I paid for something in front of my dad and he noticed my wallet was falling apart. When we got home he tossed me a brand spanking new one he got from the tailor. Had it for 7 years now. My dad recently died. When I was cleaning and sifting through his old stuff I found a box. Had at least 10 of those wallets in it, all new. 450$ is a lot of fucking money for any normal person. Heck I don't spend half as much on food in a given month. I know no one aside of my boomer boss who spends 400$ like it is nothing. You're probably some richfag kid.

>I don’t live in Turk infested lands forced to use public transit. It will be in my pocket for 20 years.
The turks are the least of our worries nowadays, plus all of our public transit has cameras. Nobody is stealing anything from a tram or a bus.

You put your wallet in your front pocket if you live in a low trust area. You wear your watch on the inside if you are using it while shooting or doing other activities where your wrist is turned in more often than not. I used to wear it on the inside bc I biked everywhere, and the only time I was really checking my watch was that I was on the way somewhere in a hurry. I don't really care what you think, I'm just a practical man.

I had a tri flip one (like Xfiles FBI badge holder sort of thing) that I stole from a Macy's a loooong time ago. Problem was it's such an unassuming sleek black thing I would CONSTANTLY lose it/missplace it. I retired it and went back to my black faux crocodile skin (but real leather) Hot Topic wallet that I got as a gift 20 years ago. It's got a silver buckle on it so it catches light well if you're looking for it with a flashlight

>advice
i know a guy going through a similar situation. Kidnapping and all.
I got a bunch of candles so I am set for this winter.
At some point I thought I had advice to give. Maybe it was, "Women are evil and crazy. Don't let them turn you evil and crazy."
Hope that helps

I think yoh can adopt your kid away or something if you are tired of paying your wife.

You can weld this like a playing card.
Im also a driver, and you would be surprised how much heat those lager wallets can collect, so these make a difference you can feel.
