I sincerely think Spengler mistook Russia with Ukraine.
Ukraine is going to be the last western state to ever appear in history (aside from Somaliland, but that's another story), after it manages to stabilize its borders it will face the monumental task to synthesize western and russian culture into a new thought-form, they already have the elements of the Blood and the Caesar in place, "The fight is here; I need ammunition, not a ride". As automation and AI makes human work, human sense of self-importance, irrelevant, man will face its final war against the most powerful machine ever created by faustian civilization, the war for meaning, the right itself to fight, against russian fatalism here we see in the ukrainian a new form of man who, like the faustian men of old will face overwhelming odds, unlike the contemporary west where money has become everything and old elites cling to it and to life fearful of the hereafter, this new man remembers blood and soil, it is paid with its own life, and he is an agent of order against chaos in the most warhammeriesque sense.
This fight for survival is giving them the same impetus the jews achieved during the last century, it's becoming pure and ruthless, primeval once again.
