I do wonder about this, too. I also don't know why he doesn't bot any extra threads that crop up on other boards if it's as easy as it seems. My guess is that there's some limiting factor to going for multiple threads/across boards, like better/non-colluding moderation on non-/vg/ boards or, more likely, it being too expensive (either computationally or monetarily) to bother botting multiple threads.
