What was your starting gravity and final gravity? What yeast did you use?
I bottled a pale ale the other day with a final gravity of 1.025. It was so sweet it was like drinking a soda. I underpitched the yeast. I dumped the bottles back into the fermenter on top of another yeast cake to see if I can get the gravity down further.

brewing your own beer is based. making things yourself is based in general. i hate the beer brewing culture though as it is dominated by bearded manchildren with bitchtits. also hops has become way overused in craft brewing.
if you aim to make lager types, novalager gives fairly good results and some lager yeasts such as w-34/70 can give good results even at higher degrees, especially if you can pressure ferment. i mostly use aeb fermoale ay3 for english type ales and lutra for everything else.

I used to homebrew. It's a fun hobby if you have time for it, but you definitely don't do it because it's cheaper. Factoring in all the equipment and effort, you don't really save much if at all, and you're better off just buying beer from the store because it will taste significantly better anyway. Breweries have expensive equipment that can control flavors way better than you in your garage.

But like I said, it's a fun hobby if that's your intention.

It's okay to have hobbies. I would also say it's fine to have a few beers but do it socially, while catching up with friends or family in person. Ideally to celebrate a milestone (like someone getting married or having a baby, or some personal achievement you feel proud of). The problems with alcohol start when you're drinking at home alone, out of boredom. And you're combining it with other bad habits like playing video games all night. I shouldn't need to tell you that if you're doing that stuff you're wasting your life and you need to get back on track.

Also learning about fermentation and being able to brew beer is a useful thing to know. Beer is one of those things that tends to keep well and can be a little morale booster, certainly I feel like with a few bottles of beer that aren't that strong it has a similar effect to caffeine.

I think if things do get really bad (like actual civil war/economic depression type scenario) it will be useful to know how to brew beer and to have things to barter with people. Or even just to be a good neighbour and give it as a gift to people to build goodwill. We're losing that sense of community. White people need to stick together, to work together. Anyone telling you not to do that is not a friend.

Do you do a proper cereal mash or are you just throwing the rice in with the barley?

What kinda equipment?

I just raised the temp for diacetyl rest on my german pils, got about 7 gallons in the fermenter. I use a Mash and Boil 2, an inline counterflow chiller, and a unitank in a freezer with a jobsite heater and an inkbird. I spund to 12 PSI and then cold crash for all my stuff, and finish carbonation with a stone and a CO2 tank in the same tank.

Before that I bottled some wine made from steam juiced cherry plums form my tree. It's ok not great.

If you use hops in your beer then you may as well just start taking estrogen pills. Hops are only added to feminize and pacify men. Men only tolerate beer with hops because they are insecure and think drinking something unnecessarily bitter somehow makes them more masculine, when the irony is that bitterness is from hops which are basically pure estrogen.

I'm not a grape expert, mine didn't produce almost anything for like 4 years. This year I got a shitload of grapes. 2 years ago I had some, last year - nothing due to frost in spring months.
IDK if it was weather or what.
This year summer was quite rainy. I didn't even need to water them.

Hops are the jewish touch. They could have medicinal qualities in some instances. Say, a woman's estrogen is way too low and she isn't getting periods. A man shouldn't be consuming hops in most cases. Widespread hops consumption is a longstanding evil plot.
