You should probably cut them as long nails never look good on men. If you are trying to go for a more feminine look you still need to either cut them short or if you insist on keeping them long get a manicure. Yeah they aren't filthy or anything but they aren't nicely taken care of either, if you got the points rounded and and some cuticle care they would look a lot more presentable and it wouldn't just look like you couldn't be bothered trimming ur nails
