benched 195 3 sets, 5,3,3. 1 set at 190 for 3, 155 2x10. felt kinda weak today, did worse than my last lifting session, but deadlifts went well, no knee pain and got through 3 sets. progressed toward front lever but still a long way away.
anyhow gotta take my mom to the airport tomorrow, see her off. can't believe she's doing this and i'm so worried about her but i can't stop it.

I don’t know why everyone makes such a big deal about race here, 4chan is pretty horribly racist. I am kind of two minds on the subject. I really want to be liberal but I’ve just had so many bad experiences, I don’t know if it’s Canada or not. Canada has been pretty globalist, so there’s people from here from all over the world. I just wish it was easy to define what I’ve experienced, like the Ottoman Empire or something. It’s funny you bring up the topic of race because it’s a sensitive subject for me at this point.

Like I had this great epiphany and clarity about neoliberal and globalism, I see it much clearer now. But I struggle to grasp how globalist Canada is, if what I’ve experienced in Canada is the culminating effort of those influences or if it’s just something else.

I haven’t slept in two days again, I spoke out online about Canada, and then I think they made it so I can’t sleep again somehow, it seems more then just a coincidence took melatonin can’t sleep at all I’ve laid in bed for many hours because I’m too tired to do anything but still I can’t sleep.

Anyway, I know it’s not bro cool or many or mention this but I’ve noticed that I sort of relate a lot to certain aspects of Disney characters, well it’s hard to say what exactly, if it’s the characters themselves or the themes present, and it has kind of alleviated a great deal of inner uncertainty. Well, it probably comes across as childish I imagine, but like a lot of people like Disney. Their films are actually quite complex. Like I was just thinking about watching duck tales and tailspin for different reasons. But it’s something you can’t really talk about I guess. But my point is I seem to have traits or tendencies that set me apart and this had brought me more clarity I guess.

Like I just figured out something kind of complex that has brought me greater clarity in understand different factors in the world and then I realized that Disney actually approaches and deals with these subjects and it’s not necessarily childlike at all, but it’s hard to explain. Like neoliberalism, I understand neoliberalism a lot more greatly, but its influence spans more then just a simple case of economics or “politics”
