I cut him off when it came out he was molesting my little brother and sister, the only contact we've since was a birthday card with a maggot in it.
Id rather never see him again but earlier today my mom got a letter from the court. We've two houses in the city that he's squatting in, prime stuff, and the bank is going to take them both because he refuses to take any kind of settlement and wants them to both rot. I need to convince him to give up the houses somehow. I'm a grown man but for some reason I can't even stop my hands from shaking.

I know this is hard but do not let him control the situation. Try to meet at a public place. Try to negotiate. This can be solved with money if he's low on it.

Family and property always tends to bring out the worst in people. Keep your calm, don't take anything he says or does to heart. You just want the houses and that's it.

Hang in there bud. You will get out of this in one piece. You still have your life to go on to and he does not. Relax with friends and family after.
