This is a slam dunk lawsuit. I just had a friend get fired for being asked to do payroll without being a manager and they were fired for it. They got a lawyer and got anywhere between $5,000 and $10,000 the same week they were fired.

You need to ask them to confirm why you are fired in writing and then take it to a lawyer. If your case is good they will do it pro-bono (free)

My issue is those faggots were gypsy amazon DSL niggers, literally all young niggers who didn't know how to operate their ass from their hand, I was nearly twice their age and a lot more competent, they just chose to lie through their teeth and risk major legal consequences if I had pushed forward, luckily for them my doctors were fucking retards as well and couldn't pinpoint my exact disease at the time, took another 3 years to get a correct diagnosis so it protected them enough because they shredded the evidence of my disability upon hiring.

Sadly I found my emails recently talking to the HR about my disability, but it's been three years likely the statute of limitations has been expended.

I don't care about the money, it's more about the principle. I did a great job and should have been allowed to continue working, but instead got discriminated against because of my disability the employer was well aware of.

Businesses encourage people to go "Above and Beyond" to prove their worth to the company. By every measurable metric, I was what they consider a "Unicorn" employee. I have experience, knowledge, and demonstrable positive impact on sales during my time. I could do anything that any of those positions require, with minimal training and oversight.
