thats not how math works bro, you're 2 decimals short on each value, you probably divided the population number with the blacked user number and slapped a % on that, but it doesn't work that way. Otherwise 50 would be 1% of 50 as 50 / 50 = 1, or 5 would be 0.1% of 50 as 5 / 50 = 0.1. But it's 100% and 10% respectively.
