You can do evolution at home. If you ask nicely at a lab, you can use a modern microscope to see your own cold's viruses get into cells. You can easily test satellite orbits with a clock and a bit of handmade metal, the moon even. You can vaccinate yourself against rabies with basic stuff and test the results if you have a few siblings. Nukes are a bit difficult though.

According to flat earth models, the sun works like a lamp pointing at one part of the earth while the rest is dark.
A globe model makes it so that during summer the sun never actually sets on the pole, if the flat earth theory is true then the sun never setting in the pole would be impossible yet many flat earthers have witness with their own eyes that indeed the sun never sets in the pole during summer.
