I just buy bulk mres.
Comes out to about 45 bucks a week, so 6 dollars per day and I don't have to waste money on cooking supplies or utilities.

I see. I find that chicken or pork releases enough moisture to not need the added milk so I just use a little to rinse out the can.

You're absolutely right. Strategic grocery store purchases of ancestral diet foods (whole meats, vegs, fruits) is still the cheapest possible food that also happens to be the healthiest. Whenever you see whining posts on social media like "What $100 gets you for a family of 4" you look at what they buy and it's all goyslop and premium items instead of cheaper/healthy items such as fruits, vegs etc.

My kids will never eat Bearpaws or other goyshit and they'll never whine about it because they'll be used to eating normal food.

Cooking chicken in milk, cream, plus onions and garlic with some seasoning is surprisingly tasty. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

I eat beef every single day.
Not much more expensive, about 5 bucks per pound. 7 for grass fed.
Living off 2 dollars per meal is hobo tier, expecting that from an ordinary man is retarded unless you are fine with the ordinary man having the physique and the conviction of a homeless person.
White men should be strong and vigorous in body, especially working class whites.
Eat beef, cheese, eggs, fish, and seafood.
Drink milk, bone broth, black coffee, homemade eggnog.
Quit acting like you're some retired widowed woman, pinching penny's and eating like a bird

cooking like that is a bit of a bad idea; can't be sure that the chicken is cooked properly with the rest of the casserole.

thats dope, wish I was a ruralfren so I could keep chickens, cows and other animals.
IDK why rural people complain about muh prices, like buddy just go outside plant some corn, buy some chickens and you got a free daily replenishable supply of eggs, chicken meat and corn flour.
