For the folks that are on Abilify, I found that Clopixol is a great drug that eliminated the feeling of instinctually responding to voices.

I was losing sleep, stuck in the same conversation with the same voices for over 7 years, but when I started Clopixol, I was able to think to myself a lot clearer, with voices only appearing in white noise and ambience.

I asked for Abilify in addition, as it helped finalize the properties. I was feeling words on the back of my head, but Abilify took care of those. The injection is only necessary for non-compliance. Try to get on pills, and take them every morning.

tl;dr take pills, not the long-lasting injection. Clopixol + Abilify is a life changer.

Olanzapine is 100% effective at this, but it doesn't really matter.
It causes paralysis when waking up.
Gotta be pedantic about going to sleep, drop the room temperature, drink 3 glasses of water right before sleep, make sure to wake up when you feel paralysis kick in, wake up somehow more tired after 13 hours of sleep than after 7-9.
Get mentally crippled either everyday for 24 hours or after 14 days from taking(and it stays).

It never really made me any more hungry.
The problem with olanzapine as well is that you try to do your routine and your mind is completely cut off from motivation to do anything.
Lots of those meds have this effect from reducing the dopamine flow.
It's so weird, because even if you try to say take a walk everyday, your body will out of nowhere just completely stop for no absolute reason for like 5 seconds.
