In my world, if a greenskin eats enough consistently (greenskins eat plants, meat, and some that are brutal and/or cunning will even do cannibalism.)

A goblin can become an Orc if it eats it's fill consistently, an Orc will become a goblin again if it starves consistently.

Greenskins can also live indefinitely but in such a brutal warlike culture it is very rare indeed for a greenskin to reach old ages commonly reached among elves.
