I remembered when Ronald McDonald visited my school. That was weird

i think i had that happen at my kindergarten but i blocked it out until now o.o

the cops visited my middleschool as a promotional thing, but they were introduced by a prank where they pretended some people were gonna have their backpacks searched
a few peopel in my class got really freaked out & stayed kinda on edge even after it was revealed to be a prank

in 8th grade i think the cop thing was
the year right before highschool

i'm pretty sure we didn't, but the only real memory i have is of the kids sitting in a line in a small room with a carpet floor, while this ronald mcdonald guy was gesticulating and giving some sort of speech

i have a similar story but idk the best way to tell it
basically a friend took a shit in the trash can, which was in this outdoor trailer bathroom (our school shared a building with a university, and there was also a crappy sheet metal building in a nearby field with this trailer bathroom outside)
kids would stand outside waiting for 30 minutes to be picked up by their parents, and the smell kept getting worse day after day
i guess the staff couldn't figure out exactly where it was coming from, so they tried to mask it by filling the trailer with scents/cleaning chemicals, but it just made the smell even worse
after about a week they changed the trash can, smell went away
the staff chewed out alot of the younger grades but never suspected anyone in the 8th grade would do something like that, i guess
