it says 'gluten-free, made from corn and rice'. i have immense headaches from wheat, but i haven't check for gluten intolerance desu

anyway, i have less headaches on that and i work better

hmm interesting. you should defos get checked because sometimes ppl get it wrong and give themselves gluten intolerance by stopping eating it when they didn't have a gluten problem at first.
also maybe you can try eincorn its a very earliest cultivated forms of wheat and for some reason the gluten in it dosent effect some people with gluten sensitivities.
I think it has something to do with the protein having a very slightly different structure.

:O I really wanna try it, I dont have any problem processing gluten, I can even eat pure gluten without issue but I find the historic aspect interesting.

i remember it definitely had a more complex flavor than "regular" spaghetti
i wanna say it was slightly more nutty?
can't remember exactly

i think my mom bought it for health reasons, but as a kid i always liked regular spaghetti more, and it was a treat when i got to eat it at other peoples houses or relatives houses or restaurants or whatever
but now i'm curious to try it again also

hmm interesting. have you ever had wholemeal spaghetti? its got a nice nutty flavour also, it is just regular wheat tho so maybe don't eat it if you suspect ur gluten problem is severe
