At first it seemed like so, but then he started to get aggressive and irrational. He destroyed some of his families goods, and lock himself inside the house. You can imagine the rest because I already told you how it ended

Both. The stress is because he is frustrated for not being able to get a gf that last at least 1 month. And the health issues, well... he has all the issues on his record

And let's be honest, he's aware of who he is and what he is doing. He just wants to manipulate his family with these behaviors, because he's a neet and even if he was about to get a proper job, he fucked it up with this... nonsensical "suicide attempt"
