It sucks. The neighbors can hear me laugh outloud and they can probably hear me fap too

Also its normal for us to only vacuum during the day as to not disturb neighbors

for like 8 or 9 of the 10 years I've lived in my current flat my upstairs neighbor was beating the fuck outta her huaband.
thought it was the other way around at first but then realized it was the woman who was the aggressor.

I never did anything because they were clearly both mentally ill junkies and the seemed to be friends with the local dealers and delinquents who will just straight up stab you based on even a rumor you have talked to police

not entirely sure how long its been because the drilling stopped nearly 2 years ago but the fighting continued so not 100% it was both of the same people although I think it probably was, also i'm bad at keeping track of time and the guy left and came back a couple times or maybe another guy, not sure I never saw him only heard him getting battered, same woman still there tho.
its been close to a year since I noticed the noise had mostly stopped completely.
