We then send them to college/university.
They return for vacations.
When they graduate they get jobs.

I would never ever kick my own children out unless absolutely necessary whereas many burger parents charge their own children rent to financially handicap them. I literally was allowed to do whatever I wanted throughout my childhood. I was genetically predisposed to be extremely selective and celibate to my own detriment.

At 15, one of my friend's gf tried cheating on him with me. Started kissing me and rubbing my penis. I told her to stop because I knew it was wrong and I wouldn't want that done to me by my friend.

They're almost always on SSRIs, have $100k in student loan debt with a useless degree, had an ex that is in prison for drugs, cheating on a bf/husband, and/or can't have children because of reproductive issues.

Not really a rough neighborhood, but that's because I was so young. I grew up in a suburb connected to Cleveland/East Cleveland. Moved to a rural area and lived in a trailer about an hour away when I was 10 years old (White Flight). But ya, the place I grew up in my first 10 years is a completely abandoned ghetto now.

School was okay. I got straight As, but never received a scholarship or anything like that. Even aced my OGTs. I never took the SAT because my parents told me college was a scam. I also didn't start investing until I was 24 - 25 because my parents told me investing was a scam.

I usually don't even feel sad or angry anymore when something doesn't go right. And I definitely don't emotionally react anymore. When I find out a woman is trying to cheat on her bf/husband with me (which is 99% of the women that hit on me), I just completely cut off communication and walk away.

Somehow, I'm extremely financially successful while only working a factory job for the last 14 years. My net-worth puts me in the top 1% - 5% for people my age and my retirement account is over quadruple than the average for people 10 years older than me.

They don't hate them they're just narcissistic consumers and so they don't see a value in keeping the children around. It's not so different from third worlders who sexually and economically exploit their children for labor but here there's no normalized means of exploiting them so they get rid of them as soon as they can.
