First off people don't have any goals. You and I exactly know what is on everyones credit report: student loans, a mortgage, credit cards and a car. Boring shit. If your goal is a good credit rating, for what? Lower interest on credit cards you shouldn't have a balance on? Cars you shouldn't be financing? Maybe a house, so you can put less down?

You want a good credit score, simple. Pay off your student loans, pay off your credit cards every month and only have like 2 of them, maybe 3 for rewards. Then lie about your income. So let's say in 2024 you told the one credit card you made 40k a year. They tell every bank this! So next time they ask you make more. Don't go from 40k to 100k. Go slow over years. For example my credit card though I made 100k even when I was unemployed...lol I keep paying off every month and they keep begging me for my income updates. Regardless they still occasionally up my credit limit. My citi double cash card has a 24k limit and pic related.
