you can mitigate it the same way with spam in your email. The only way is to not interact with that wallet on a device that is used daily. The same goes for using your dedicated email for anything. The more you do enter it into websites, the more spam you'll get.

literally never had this issue in my life so not my problem
I have 4 actual accounts i use containing a combined maybe 85 to 100 wallets. I've never had 'lag' issues. Maybe the users PC is just complete dogshit if it can't load some extra html when they're visiting etherscan, because the fucking application is just loading a couple parameters to display the tokens you own (Which are hidden by default, by the way, faggot. So they aren't even there when you open the application unless you specifically show them.)
