Cash flow is 10k a month now on top of my 4k a month career. Started with $0 just happy living paycheck to paycheck. Started with a personal loan, sold bunch of stuff I had, leveraged assets I bought. On track to make 17k a month by end of next year. I dont touch crypto directly.

Find something that outruns a loan interest rate, manage the risk and make it run.
