Why is /biz/ SO Retarded?
Why don't you guys EVER invest in commodities?

i don't htink you realize how much 0.01 moves the profit of a futures contract. or whatever tick amount a contract denotes.

It moves it like $10 I'm guessing, with an initial margin requirement around $20k right? That already excludes a lot of /biz/ dwellers. You could trade micro contracts instead, but then it will be probably $1 per tick, and most likely whatever brokerage you use will charge a commission around $2 PER SIDE, meaning $4 per trade, meaning the first $0.04 of profit on your trade goes straight to the jews, and the ATR on something like oil futures might only be like $0.05, meaning you could be sitting there for hours before your trade reaches a meaningful profit or loss. So you could deal with all that shit or you could just go trade TQQQ, which makes a lot more sense for the average retail dipshit.
