what did you try? I started selling covered calls about 8 months ago and only made money so far. I started really small, making like $14. I wanted to see how it all worked, searching, selecting, setting limit price, what it looks like on the webpage (sometimes shows a loss even though I am making money - it looks a little odd when you sell as you are -1 on the contract). How to buy to close for profit or to let it expire worthless or "lose" the stock you don't care about anyway. See my earlier post above about selling a covered call at the money on Coreweave - for expiry this friday. Let the shit get called away, take the money. do it again. Or that on a less expensive stock like D-Wave, or RGTI. The meme stocks move a lot so the premiums are better. The reason I suggest options is you make money even if the stock goes down, you keep the premium and the stock and just sell another covered call. I made about $1400 in two weeks. Its not much but fuck is free money. There is always risk but start small do some successful trades and build your confidence. Stay away for those shitty stocks though.
