How do i avoid selling too early just as alt season is starting?

because i have PTSD with the constant fake outs and im thinking of selling everything in the next exit pump for alts

but im worried the moment i sell the exit pump, it will be the real alt season starting, and a week later the stack i sell would have 10X'd

Alt season was in December. Most alts are down 50-90% from their ATH in year four of the so-called cycle when they should be ripping and making new ATH's. If you think something is going to happen to start another buying frenzy to pump them to the moon I don't know what to tell you. Crypto fever was in 2021 bud
