I do like bikes, but I've seen way too many "2 wheels" sccident videos on /b/, where motorcyclists get absolutely rekt and you see their limbs literally fall off. And sometimes it's not their fault. All it takes is one dumb retard on the road to make a mistake and then you either die or live with missing arms/legs. I know what it's supposed to feel like but barbell shrugs feel like shit because it just feels like my dick and torso get in the way when pulling upwards. Also, the heavier i go, my shoulders move forward and I can't pinch my shoulder blades together at the top of the rep.

You need to do them at an angle of 30 - 50 degrees. Traps are porkchop shaped, going in the middle back, not just between the shoulders and neck. 45 degree BB rows are superior for this reason.
