Unironically, whats the difference between crypto and disney dollars?
Both are currencies used exclusively within a contained system.
DISNEY/USD goes higher if there's an expectation that the cost of rides will go up (higher demand to visit Disneyland)
DISNEY/USD goes lower if there's an expectation that the cost of rides will go down (lower demand to visit Disneyland)
Ride controllers exchange their Disney dollars to USD regularly.

Because I can take my Australia dollars and buy Bitcoin, which had a hard limit amount of coins, of which 180 other fiat currencies which are infinite can purchase Bitcoin too, their purchases make Bitcoins value go up, then I can sell Bitcoin for USDT for a profit, and trade the USDT for Australian dollars, and then cash out to an Australian bank, and buy a McMansion in Australia, or I can do that with 180 other fiat currencies in 180 other countries

Now you understand Bitcoin more than you did before making this thread

Decentralization and immutability. That's where the value in this stuff is. How new are you OP?
